After School Care Program

Our after-school program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children ages 4-13. Whether reading a book, using your imagination in our PlayZone or joining in a fun activity - we’ve got your child covered. The program will take place on regular HPEDSB school days.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

• Registration is required. Click here to register. 

• Start date is Monday, September 8th

• Our program runs Monday - Friday and follows the HPEDSB calendar, meaning if there is a holiday or a PA day, the program does not run (although we do offer PA day camps!

• 2:45pm - 4:45pm (5pm option for an additional $10 + HST)

• Cost is $20 per day (flat rate)+ HST per kid

• 9 McFarland Dr, Picton, ON K0K 2T0​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

THINGS TO NOTE:

• It is great if your child has an extra outfit with them

• Please pack some healthy, delicious snacks for the time they are with us (we are a nut free facility)

• Please make sure your child has a water bottle with them. They can fill it at our studio if need be. 

• If you will be late, please let us know right away. Note that you will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes you are late for pick up. 

• All children must be picked up by 5pm as we have classes starting at the studio.

• We will not have storage space for items at this time, so please have your child keep everything in their backpack they will need. We might be able to accommodate some in the future. 

• You will be billed monthly (including any days missed), if you need a different payment plan, please let us know. 

• To arrange for your child to be dropped off by bus at our facility, you will need to contact the Tri-Board and arrange this for your child. 

• A waiver must be signed for your child to participate in our program.
